The Game

Lunch or Die is a free browser game. It is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Game progress may be reset or lost at any time. We make no guarantees about availability, uptime, or the continued existence of any game features.

Reward Codes

Reward codes earned through gameplay are for fun only. They are jokes, not real offers. Reward codes have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for goods or services, and may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive occasional emails about our products and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including code, design, text, graphics, game assets, and the 2am.digital brand — is owned by 2am Digital Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Content

If you provide us with any content (such as an email address for the mailing list), you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2am Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, game, or any products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, for free services, is nothing).
